Hi! I am Joy Howell-Rickett, owner and Principal Broker of Howell-Rickett Real Estate Professionals, Inc. I was born and raised in Conway County and I have been serving as a REALTOR® here since 2002, earning my broker's license in 2007. I am very involved in my community and in the Realtors Association on the local and state level. To better assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, I have achieved numerous designations, such as Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist , Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and many others.
On a personal note, I have been a resident of Conway County all of my life and currently live in the Hattieville area. I have 2 daughters, Kelsey and Allyson.

Brandy Chapman

Brandy was born and raised in Morrilton. She is married to Chris Chapman and they reside in Morrilton and have two daughter, Megan and Katie. She is a 1999 Morrilton High School graduate and received her Associates of Applied Science degree in Business from UACCM in 2012. Brandy enjoys spending time with her family and watching her daughter play volleyball and cheering on the Devil Dogs.
Brandy obtained her Real Estate license in 2019 then attained her Brokers license in 2021. She has achieved certifications and designations including, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisory, At Home with Diversity, C2EX (Commitment to Excellence), Short Sales and Foreclosures, Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and Certified Listing Professional so that she can better assist her buyers and sellers. She was named the Conway and Perry Counties Realtors® Association Realtors® of the Year in 2020 and 2023. Brandy is very involved with her community as well as in the Realtors Association on the local and state levels.

Taylor Reynolds

Taylor grew up in Morrilton and is a 2011 Morrilton High School graduate. She attended UACCM and graduated earning her associate of applied science in Visual Communication. In 2021, Taylor obtained her real estate license and began serving the central Arkansas area. She currently lives in Morrilton with her husband, Brad, daughter Abbie, and her dog Jodi. As an Arkansas native she loves the outdoors, music, and most importantly family time. Taylor's certifications include Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist and At Home with Diversity. Taylor is involved with her community as well as in the Realtors Assocation on the local and state levels.

Michelle Butler

Michelle resides in Morrilton with her husband Randall. They have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. Michelle was born in Conway County and has spent her adult life in the area. Michelle enjoys all things Arkansas, family, friends, outdoors, sunsets and Razorbacks! Michelle says all though she has recently received her Arkansas Real Estate License, she looks forward to helping people find their first, second or next home or that land or business that they have always wanted.

Earle Eichenberger

Earle is a graduate of Morrilton High School and Arkansas Tech University, holding an Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies. His work career with Arkansas Power and Light Company, now Entergy Arkansas, began in 1973 as a Customer Service Representative, and later, as Construction Supervisor for Conway Network Operations. Earle retired from Entergy in 2007 after 34 years. Earle has served the Morrilton Fire Department since 1973, rising through the ranks to the position of Chief of the Department, a position he has held since2008.
Having held his Arkansas Real Estate License for 16 years, Earle has a wealth of knowledge! 🤵♂️👰🏻He currently resides in Morrilton, where his wife, Kristy teaches at Morrilton Primary School. They are members of Morrilton First Baptist Church.

Les Miller

Les is a proud resident of the St. Vincent area, where he lives with his wife, Kathleen, and their two children, Emerie and Brayson, who attend Wonderview School District. With deep roots in Conway County, Les has built an extensive career and reputation over the last 17 years in real estate, specializing in farmland, hunting properties, homes, commercial real estate, and auctions.
With a background in surveying, drafting, home construction, and petroleum technology, Les brings a well-rounded knowledge base to his work. He has also worked as a survey and construction administrator with an engineering firm, adding valuable experience in project management and site development.
Currently, Les serves as the Conway County Ranger for Arkansas Forestry, a reserve officer for the Conway County Sheriff’s Office, and a volunteer firefighter. He is also the proud owner of American Auctions Inc. His deep community involvement, combined with his diverse professional background, makes him an exceptional resource for anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area.

Pat Pruitt

Pat was born and raised in Morrilton; she has deep roots in the community. Her parents were the late Tilmon and Lois Pruitt. Mr. Pruitt, along with Pat’s 5 brothers had their own dealerships in Morrilton for decades.
Pat has a strong passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals. With 20 years of experience in the industry, she has developed a reputation for her dedication, integrity, and knowledge of the local market. Along with her real estate career she has also been with the South Conway County School District for 15 years. A proud member of the Downtown Church of Christ, Pat is committed to both her faith and her community, always striving to serve others in every aspect of her life.
